These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase, online or by phone, of the products presented on www.nugz.shop, operated by ROICAN s.r.o., with registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha, Repubblica Ceca, VAT no. CZ08127093.
These General Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through the Website or by phone. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Sale.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Website and will apply to orders placed afterwards.
The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Website within each product page. Product images are indicative and may not faithfully represent the actual product.
All Products comply with Italian and European regulations on industrial hemp and derivatives. In particular, the THC content is below 0.6% as provided by Law 242/2016.
Product prices are shown in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be shown separately before order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
To place an order, the Customer must select the desired Products and add them to the cart. Once the selection is complete, the Customer must proceed to checkout and fill in the order form with personal data and shipping address.
Before confirming the order, the Customer must carefully check the order summary and accept these General Terms of Sale.
The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by the Seller.
Products may be paid for by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The Seller reserves the right to accept additional payment methods.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after payment is received. The Customer must send the transfer receipt by email to the address indicated by the Seller.
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer in the order form. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Website and may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and will be shown separately before order confirmation.
The Customer must verify the integrity of the Products upon delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported to the courier and to the Seller within 24 hours of delivery.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the Products, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice to the Seller by email to the address indicated on the Website. The notice must include the order number and the Products to be returned.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is sent. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Seller will refund the price of the returned Products within 14 days of receiving them, using the same payment method used by the Customer.
All Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by applicable consumer law.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to request repair or replacement of the Product, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or incorrect storage of the Products.
These General Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute arising from these General Terms of Sale, the Court of Macerata will have jurisdiction.
